Paula Hernández presenta en Toronto su sexta película, El viento que arrasa, protagonizada por Alfredo Castro. Se trata de la adaptación de la novela homónima de Selva Almada. En ella el predicador Pearson (Alfredo Castro) sufre la avería de su hija cuando se encuentra llevando la palabra de Dios a unos pueblos de la frontera de Argentina con Brasil junto a su hija Leni (Almudena González). El Gringo (Sergi López), dueño de un taller cercano a donde se paran, se ofrece a reparar el coche, mientras Pearson intenta convencer a su hijo (Joaquín Acebo) de que se convierta.
La película es magnífica. Con grandes interpretaciones y mucha emoción. Dirige y presenta: Antonio Peláez Barceló.

Paula Hernández presents in Toronto her sixth film, El viento que arrasa, starring Alfredo Castro. It is an adaptation of the novel of the same name by Selva Almada. In it, preacher Pearson (Alfredo Castro) suffers the breakdown of his daughter when he is taking the word of God to some villages on the border between Argentina and Brazil with his daughter Leni (Almudena González). El Gringo (Sergi López), owner of a garage near where they stop, offers to repair the car, while Pearson tries to convince his son (Joaquín Acebo) to convert.
